SALE OF TRUSTEE OF 906 JUDD STREET, BEDFORD TAX CARD NO. 195-5-4-9-TOWN OF BEDFORD, VIRGINIA Pursuant to a Line of Credit Trust Deed dated August 5, 2011, for an initial principal amount of $ 40,000.00 recorded in the Clerk’s Office of Bedford County Circuit Court under instrument number 110007800, amended by an act designating the undersigned as alternate trustee, in default of payment of the debt so secured and on instruction from the noteholder, the undersigned alternate trustee, will propose to the public auction property known locally as 906 Judd Street, Bedford, Virginia (Lot # 9 Block 4 as shown on a Greenwood Land Company Lots registration plaque in the Bedford County Clerk’s Office in the book of deeds 70, page 427, as well as all rights, titles and interests for the purposes of entry and exit to a 15 foot lane behind said lot as indicated on the aforementioned plate). Reference is hereby made to the Line of Credit Deed of Trust for a more accurate description of the property.
