NOTICE OF

SALE OF TRUSTEE

The default having been made in the note described and secured by a Deed of Trust signed by STEVE McCANE and STEPHANIE A. McCANE, husband and wife, dated January 18, 2011, and registered in the Office of the Registrar of Deeds, Butler County, Missouri , in Book 1032 on page 375, and conveying to John F. Scott, Trustee, certain real estate known as 1104 North 10th Street (Iract 1); 1235 North Grand Avenue (Iract 2); and 1906 Alice Street (Iract 3), Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, further described, respectively, as follows, namely:

TRACTE 1: All of Lot 8 of the Cole Subdivision of part of Block 11 of Turners Addition to the Town of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, as shown on the same Flat in the Registrar’s Office file proceedings in and for Butler County, Missouri.

TRACTE 2: All that part of Lot 4 of the Poplar Bluff Land and Abstract Company subdivision of the western half of the southwest quarter of Section 35, Township

25 North, Range 6 East, Butler County, Missouri, described as follows:

Beginning at a point on the east line of the said lot, 78 feet south of its northeast corner; thence southerly along said east line 55 feet; thence in a westerly direction along and with the southerly line of the 2 sections to Lon a Burton via Poole, a distance of 120 feet; thence in a northerly direction along and with the west line of the Burton property to a point 78 feet south of the north line of the said lot; thence easterly parallel to the north line of said lot to the point of commencement. Subject to all registration easements or not.

TRACTE 3: All of Lot 6 of Block 4 of the Third Dalton Subdivision in the Town of Poplar Bluff, Butler County, Missouri, as indicated by the flat of said subdivision

on file at the office of the registrar of deeds in and for the said county.

At the request of the legal holder of said Note and in accordance with the provisions of said Trust Deed, the undersigned Trustee will be on Friday June 11, 2021 between 9:00 a.m. and 5:00 p.m., more specifically at 1:00 p.m., sell the property in a location public to the highest bidder for cash at the west entrance gate of the Butler County Courthouse in the town of Poplar Bluff, Missouri, to meet said bill and cost.
